Nizar Feddaoui se fait la belle.. la justice française c’est la fête au village à Nice !

Un caïd du banditisme corse, Nizar Feddaoui, déjà condamné à 15 ans, s’évade lors d’un transfert médical à Nice et disparaît dans la nature depuis trois semaines. Une évasion qui ridiculise les autorités, exposant les trous béants dans la surveillance des truands. Pendant que les flics pédalent dans la semoule, ce dangereux criminel se la coule douce.

Un transfert qui tourne au fiasco

Nizar Feddaoui, 36 ans, lié à l’une des 25 bandes criminelles corses selon le Sirasco, a été arrêté le 8 août 2025 à Nice pour trafic de drogue, dans une enquête ajaccienne. Mais lors de son transfert à l’hôpital Pasteur, il s’échappe, laissant les gardiens sur le carreau. Un mandat d’arrêt européen est lancé, mais trois semaines plus tard, toujours pas de trace de ce récidiviste acquitté en 2016 pour le meurtre d’Yves Manunta mais condamné pour association de malfaiteurs et incendie criminel.

Un type déjà condamné à 15 ans de taule qui se fait la belle. Cette évasion révèle des failles criantes, avec plusieurs arrestations connexes en Corse et sur le continent. Des sources comme Corse Matin confirment ce cafouillage, tandis que les parquets d’Ajaccio et Nice se murent dans le silence.

Nizar Feddaoui un passé chargé qui prédisait la fuite

Feddaoui, impliqué dans le meurtre de l’ex-nationaliste corse Yves Manunta en 2012 à Ajaccio, a échappé à la condamnation pour homicide mais pas pour les à-côtés. Son évasion s’inscrit dans un réseau de drogue étendu, avec d’autres interpellations. Ces transferts médicaux sont des aubaines pour les pros de l’évasion.

Pour nuancer, des analyses comme celles de France Bleu rappellent que les prisons surchargées compliquent la surveillance, mais soyons sérieux : pour un caïd comme lui, on devrait doubler les chaînes.

Des recherches qui patinent a Nice

L’enquête sur le trafic continue, mais Feddaoui court toujours, probablement aidé par son réseau corse. Il y a urgence, mais les semaines passent sans résultat.

Cette histoire nous rappelle que laisser filer les gros poissons coûte cher en sécurité. Si on veut éviter plus de fuites, renforcez les protocoles et traquez sans pitié – sinon, les bandits continueront à se moquer de nous, planqués dans leurs repaires insulaires.
